About the SP-1000P
SP-1000P is a diesel generator set of 1000 kW (1250 kVA), built on the Perkins 4012-46TWG2A engine: 12 cylinders, 46 L, 1500 rpm. Prime power, 1000 kW, is what it delivers for unlimited hours; standby power, 1100 kW, is for emergency supply only. At 1000 kW it covers a shopping mall, a large hospital, a data centre or a plant.
At full load it burns 258.1 L/h, about 2065 L over an 8-hour shift; at partial load, less. It is built open or in a canopy and weighs from 9950 kg. A container or trailer build and an ATS panel are options.
