About the SP-900C
SP-900C is a diesel generator set of 900 kW (1125 kVA), built on the Cummins KTA38-G9 engine: 12 cylinders, 37.8 L, 1500 rpm. Prime power, 900 kW, is what it delivers for unlimited hours; standby power, 1000 kW, is for emergency supply only. At 900 kW it covers a shopping mall, a large hospital, a data centre or a plant.
At full load it burns 210 L/h, about 1680 L over an 8-hour shift; at partial load, less. It is built open or in a canopy and weighs from 8100 kg. A container or trailer build and an ATS panel are options.
