About the SP-1100YC
SP-1100YC is a diesel generator set of 1100 kW (1375 kVA), built on the Yuchai YC12VTD1830-D30 engine: 12 cylinders, 39.2 L, 1500 rpm. Prime power, 1100 kW, is what it delivers for unlimited hours; standby power, 1210 kW, is for emergency supply only. At 1100 kW it covers a plant, a mine or a remote site where the generator is the main source of power.
At full load it burns 307 L/h, about 2456 L over an 8-hour shift; at partial load, less. It is built open or in a canopy and weighs from 9900 kg. A container or trailer build and an ATS panel are options.
