About the SP-420C
SP-420C is a diesel generator set of 420 kW (525 kVA), built on the Cummins KTAA19-G5 engine: 6 cylinders, 18.9 L, 1500 rpm. Prime power, 420 kW, is what it delivers for unlimited hours; standby power, 462 kW, is for emergency supply only. At 420 kW it covers a shopping mall, a large hospital, a data centre or a plant.
At full load it burns 113 L/h, about 904 L over an 8-hour shift; at partial load, less. It is built open or in a canopy and weighs from 4020 kg. A container or trailer build and an ATS panel are options.
